This gently-heated pork and poultry blend is very versatile. It starts out mild and then has a subtle kick in the same way as Meat Church's very popular Holy Voodoo. It's fantastic on ribs, pulled pork, chicken, turkey, seafood, smoked cream cheese and popcorn. The rub is gentle, but not too sweet. In fact, it's less sweet than 6 of our current seasonings. Texas Sugar is just a catchy name that Meat Church always wanted to use! The seasoning story comes from Matt's competitive barbecue days.
